Terms

These are the terms we work under. They're short on purpose. If anything here doesn't fit your situation, tell us before we start and we'll agree on something in writing.

The service

JC Clipper cuts short-form clips from your streams, videos and recordings and posts them, three a day as standard or a volume we've agreed on, to TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels on channels we operate, and on your own channels if you ask us to. Every clip credits you.

Your content

Your content stays yours. By working with us you give us permission to cut clips from it and to post those clips on the channels we've agreed on, for as long as we work together and for as long as those posts stay up afterward. Ask us to take any clip down and we will, everywhere, promptly.

Our channels

The channels we run are ours: the accounts, their followers and their history. Clips of you posted there carry your handle and a link back to you.

Payment and term

Plans are quoted per channel and billed monthly. It's month to month: either side can end it with notice before the next billing date, and we finish out the month you've paid for.

Platforms

We follow each platform's rules and won't post anything we believe risks a strike on your account or ours. Platforms change their rules, reach and features without warning, so we can't promise a particular result from any post.
